Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with arrival after 4pm and departure by
10 am. |

For rentals of two weeks, we will give you a 5% discount off the weekly rate.
For rentals of three or more weeks, we will give you a 10% discount off the
weekly rate.
If your travel plans call for a stay of less than or more than a Saturday to
Saturday, please email us with your particulars and we will try to
accommodate you. |
Standard Booking Conditions
Prices are per week and inclusive of all linen, towels.
Bookings are for one week, Saturday to Saturday with arrival after 4 pm
and departure by 10 am. Contact us for rates for longer or shorter term rentals.
Smoking is limited to the outside areas only.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance of rental must be paid
8 weeks prior to arrival date. Once full payment has been made, a welcome pack
will be sent by email with driving instructions, information about the area and helpful
hints about getting around in France.
A €260 security deposit is required with your final payment and will be returned
to you upon the return of the keys and a "no damage" report.
Pets require prior approval and may necessitate an additional security deposit.
If you require outgoing telephone/fax capabilities, there will be an additional
€130 deposit which will be applied to telephone charges. This deposit is
also due with the final payment. The balance of the "phone
charge" deposit will be returned to you approximately 2 months after your
departure (this time is necessary for the quarterly phone bill to
arrive). Incoming calls and faxes have no additional charge.
Payment can be made in
Euros or US funds (email for current conversion rate) by check or money order.
Cancellation
Policy: full refund if cancellation occurs at least 13 weeks prior to arrival;
forfeiture of 50% of deposit if cancellation is less than 13 weeks but not more
than 8 weeks prior to arrival; no refund if cancellation is less than 8 weeks.
We suggest clients
purchase Travel Insurance because rental payments are nonrefundable.
